May 19, 2021

On Wednesday 19 May,  Addis Fine Art Co-founder Rakeb Sile appeared on the panel for 'Can It Just Be Art? Beyond The Expected', an online webinar for the Africa Soft Power Series.

The Africa Soft Power Project - and Africa Month - is an initiative focused on how the continent can harness the power of its creative and cultural industries to effectively propel itself forward.

Speakers include: Hannah O'Leary (Director, Head of Modern & Contemporary African Art, Sotheby's), Victor Ehikhamenor (Artist, Photographer, Writer and Founder of Angels & Muse), Kimerli Gant (Curator of Modern & Contemporary Art, Chrysler Museum) and Mandla Sibeko (Entrepreneur & Founder of FNBARTJOBURG)
